Safety Management Resources Corporation (SMRC) believes that a comprehensive pre-construction safety evaluation is crucial to a successful program.  Careful consideration of high-risk activities such as critical lifts, high-voltage transfers, and public liability exposure is paramount, but the day-to-day responsibilities such as housekeeping, maintenance of fall protection systems, use of proper personal protective equipment, and similar tasks are equally important in maintaining a safe and productive site.

SMRC's services include, but are not limited to:  

• Evaluation of project scope of operations, logistics plans, and safety exhibits.
   
• Review of structural drawings to assess fall protection systems and provide an evaluation of life safety issues.  
   
• Development of project site-specific safety programs tailored to our clients' specific EHS requirements.
   
• Review and evaluation of contractors' and sub-contractors' site-specific safety programs.
   
• Development of a project safety orientation program for all site personnel.
   
• Secure and recommend additional risk management support services, including:
  • OCIP/CCIP Insurance broker and associated services
  • Pre-employment and as-needed drug testing
  • On-site medical staff
  • Security personnel and systems
